Based: Irvine, North Ayrshire
Salary: £26,500 per annum plus bonus
Contract term: initially to cover for maternity leave, however could lead to a full time permanent position for the right person
Working Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
My client is a finance company based in rural Ayrshire, in the Tarbolton area.
They are looking for an Admin Assistant initially to cover for maternity leave, however could lead to a full time permanent position for the right person.
Duties include:
– Answering all incoming calls
– Dealing with multiple finance companies
– All paperwork associated with finance agreements.
– Data input
– First point of contact for all customers
Applicants must have:
– Previous admin experience, preferably from within the financial industry.
– Excellent telephone manner
– Excellent organisational skills
– Must be proficient in word and excel.
– Have their own transport.
