Working Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00
My client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of herbal medicines, food supplements, and medical devices. Their site has a production and packaging facility where all their products are bottled and distributed throughout the UK.

Main actions & responsibilities:
· Inventory management
· Monitor customer reviews to enhance marketplace status
· Develop new marketplaces & growth opportunities.
· Take leadership of daily operations including stock level decisions
· Operate within approved pricing corridors and make recommendations to drive improved pricing efficiency.
· Make recommendations on how our strategy is adjusted between fulfilment channels.
· Help create an advertising strategy to capitalise on consumer demand.
· Report on performance analytics, demonstrating the performance of advertising. Demonstrating insight to the overall effectiveness of advertising campaigns, paying specific attention to KPI’s such as revenue, advertising cost of sales, return on advertising spend, cost per click and impressions.
· Analyse ongoing campaign results and make recommendations for improving campaign performance.
· Help create a strategy to help generate more customer reviews.
· Investigating, developing, and overseeing the Amazon Ranking Strategy
· Engage with internal departments to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and help develop scalable advertising campaigns
· Assist in creating a strategy to launch our new products successfully across a range of e-commerce platforms
· Undertake competitive analysis on an ongoing basis
· Analyse & optimise product pages which includes titles, descriptions, and images.
· Support broader market share and sales analysis outside of the e-commerce sales channel.
Experience, Skills, Qualifications required:
· Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous – i.e., Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller and eCommerce trading accounts management. This role may also suit a recent graduate looking to gain experience.
· Minimum of B grade pass in Higher or Advanced Higher Maths
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can effectively contribute and work well with a team whilst using their own initiative
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships, ensuring effective communication with colleagues.
· Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
· Commercial understanding
· An interest in health, wellness, and health food products Additional Information:
The successful candidate will be subject to the satisfactory completion of a 3 month probationary period to monitor performance, training and skills attained to help assess suitability to perform the role on a permanent basis.
